The first Teo assigned texted as to his 2 hour window and also gave a phone number - when he didn't show and never answered texts or calls and a half hour later got an automated message that said I need to make another appt the next day - I was confused. The Teo that came out the next day was great! He was on time, professional and courteous and made my whole experience way better, that's why I left 5 stars - the rep gets the stars and Asurion got a new phone in my hands very quickly - set up was easy - rep handled it perfectly! Just wish there was a better communication method with the first one that didn't show
The agent/representative that assisted me with the replacement on my phone was very personable and knowledgeable, he was very detailed, and his explanation of what will take place each step in the process of receiving the new replacement.

My IPhone 13 Pro Max was experiencing a burned out pixel on the screen. I thought I would have to get a new phone. An AT&T representative made the suggestion I take it to Ubreak/IFix for a screen repair. It was an easy process. Very good service. Problem resolved.
I have been trying to get my phone fixed/replaced for over a month now. I went to the asurion store and they wanted me to leave my phone for 3 days. Then I tried to get them to order me a replacement. In order to do that you have to call and hope it works instead of talking to the person face to face at the store because for some reason they don't do that there. So now it's been over a month of calling asurion many times and many emails back and forth and now I have to just go buy a new phone anyway. Seems kinda worthless to me and makes it more stressful than just taking the loss to begin with and buying a new phone. After trying to use the company for what it is for, I just want to cancel for the time and money wasted.
I always get insurance fir all my tech products. When I need to use insurance asurion has always been quick and easy to respond. They fix the problem repair or replace it.

The repair technician called to let me know I was next & what the ETA was. Once he arrived, my phone was repaired in under 30 minutes! He was very courteous & professional from start to finish.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
