This monopoly of a company is a total fraud. Had a cracked screen. Only 29 bucks. Ok. Got their refurbished piece of junk sent mine to the. Couple weeks later 250 bucks charged in addition to the 29.
Latest apisode is flip4 screen coming off after few months. 275 deductable. I could just get a refurbished one for same cost. So point of having insurance is what exactly. You can buy referbished ones all over 250-300.
I hate this company.
Screen was cracked, he fixed it in 20 minutes like he said he would and called before hand to let me know when he was on his way and his ETA.
My phone was fixed quickly and beautifully! You definitely can't tell anything was ever broken and everything is working great, even the fingerprint sensor. I would absolutely take my device to this company again!

Made a claim for my tablet. They stated the claim would take 4 wks to get my $400 and claim to go through and a $109 copay. I received my emails for my bank info for deposit.
2 wks later my tablet was working. I called to cancel my claim. An for some reason the customer service representative didn't know what to do. 45 minutes later he stated my claim was canceled and copay would be taken off my ATT phone bill.
After a month with an outstanding bill of $109 copay I called back. I ended up talking to same representative as before. I explained to him about the copay and my canceled claim
First half he comes and says will send you 109 dollars. I said no, no just take off my bill. Then I have explain again. 20 mins later be comes back and says will send you 400 dollars, again I told him no no. I wasn't going to explain again. Then some supervisor gets on the phone and tell me my claim wasn't canceled and that a check was deposited in my account. She couldn't even give me the exact day of deposit. I had my bank app opened to my info in hand on the 3 days supposedly it was deposited and there were no deposits. I live pat check to pay chek. I would of know and received a notification on my bank of any deposit. Frustrated beyond belief I got her name and let her know I would be reaching out to someone in higher position.
4 days after that call I received a check by mail.
Still have the check, now I'm being charged for a tablet fee. Because they haven't received my tablet I was supposed to send in.
You company is a complete Cluster F**k.
I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau.

Was realy simple making a claim and just going up to the location u made the claim over the phone.Also make sure ur back is not broken cuss they will have to replace both sides if not u will get send back..
Technician Jose from Plaza del Sol give me the best customer service he fill out the insurance for the replacement of my crack screen and change the screen was really fast.

I was in a state of panic when I got to the store. Thinking that this would take forever and i would be without my phone for a long time. However it was repaired in no time. The technician explained that my phone is repairable, told me exactly what the problem is.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
