I like that they solved my problem very fast. Only not so good thing though would be that I was asked to go to an ATT store after filling the claim, but what I did there nothing extraordinary, I could've been done the same at home. Still, response was fast and good, so I'm good with it.

S23 ultra in store repair was done. I wish more locations had this repair option avaliable and not have to drive so far. The 29$ repair is more than appreciated. It was very easy to submit a claim and get a replacement device.

The insurance itself is not expensive and a replacement was sent out in a timely manner which I greatly appreciated however the deductable was the same price as paying off the phone entirely. That said for the same price I could have upgraded my phone.
