Was told in your contract you're paying for overnight service so you will be getting the next day or sometimes people get it the same day. Plus you have to send us your identification (drivers license) before we can send off your phone. Just gave them all the information they needed to start a claim what more do they need?! That night I wasn't getting off until late which I told them they didn't care at all. So I didn't get my phone until Tuesday morning at 9:30 am. FedEx was slow and so was Asurion!
I LOVE HOW CONVENVIENT and EFFICIENT this process was. Alex contacted me 20 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment and showed up on time. He was very professional courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed my screen and gave me a new battery in 30 minutes! Downside: it took 6 days to get the appointment so if your phone screen is broken beyond repair you may be a bit unhappy but scheduling an appointment for repairing it in a store was even longer and you needed to leave it for 1-2 days to boot!

Asurion was able to replace my phone battery (at no cost because I had insurance). I was prepared to buy a new phone. Sam was great! He explained the process and provided a realistic timeline for repair. Problem solved in about an hour!
Most dysfunctional company I've had to deal with I make three different appointments for them to come exchange my phone. So that mean I had to take two days off of work(money out of my pocket) and they don't show up one time. Every time I called they said sorry that happened let's schedule another appointment and they promised they would come and yet what do you know no one shows up. After all of their horrible planning and not showing up they don't even compensate me for my troubles so not only do I have to miss time from work for nothing at all they still want me to pay for the thing they didn't even show ip for? Worst customer support I've ever talked to

The tech is local. So it made it easy. He was very professional and courteous. Phone was fixed with in 30 mins. Everything was seamless! I loved it!

A technician was supposed to deliver my device to my home between 7-9 pm on Thursday. No call/no show. No communication whatsoever. I had to call Asurion the following morning. They told me the device would be delivered via FedEx by Monday. Not great customer service!

I had a small crack on the bottom of my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, which stopped input from my finger on the screen. I took it to one of your shops in Delaware and was told a repair would take about 4 hours. I returned 4 hours later to be informed that my phone was a "special edition" Note 20, where 2 screws had to be "drilled out" in order to replace the screen. Remember this for later. This would add 2 more hours to the repair. I told them go ahead and fix it. I then return 2 hours later to be told that "whoever installed the non-OEM battery that I had installed caused the issue that I was facing". I responded that was nonsense and that I HAD THE BATTERY INSTALLED RIGHT HERE over a year ago and they phone worked fine. The tech then said that was impossible, that they don't do that type of work. I said lets go to the record of repairs. Of course it showed "Non OEM battery installed, no warranty". When hit with that proof, the tech then went back again to his manager. I overheard more talk about the battery, then the tech came back out and said some nonsense that the phone would not work with the new screen and a new OEM battery and that the "motherboard had somehow changed after the non-oem battery was installed", which is pure BS. They then handed me back the unrepaired phone. After thinking about the entire incident, I thought about the "having to drill out the holes" statement and wondered how come that didn't have to be done when they replaced the OEM battery? I am totally under the impression that some nonsense went on with my phone and it was never going to be repaired. I don't know why but the entire incident smells funny to me. The nonsense excuses on why the phone could not be repaired sound like lies to me. After using this shop for my sons phone and another device, I will never use Asurion again.

Highly recommend! Technician was great. I'm all for easy with things like this, I had a cracked screen and I didnt need to leave my home. Big win for me.

Do not pay for this service through Verizon. I've been paying for years and the time I needed it the customer service was terrible, they lied about when my phone would be delivered and the technician who was supposed to deliver my phone Alejandro reached out to me, gave me a timeframe of 7-9, but never delivered my phone nor responded to me when I tried to check the status of delivery. When I tried to call him he did not respond. When I called the company they said he was on his way, but a later on said there was a cut off time and the phone would not be delivered. Do not waste you money on this service because if your phone breaks they will not help you. They will give you the run around and you will never get service or help. Their customer service is terrible and they will say anything to you to get you off the phone. If you pay for this service just know I warned you!

Stressing over my busted phone screen had me anxious and upset, but it was so easy to show up in the store and present the problem and that was it... no extensive questioning, no information collecting, no promotions or updates. Just the help I asked for and a super efficient resolution
My phone was damaged. The screen was not functional at all. I filed the claim on the evening the damage occurred. The repair person came to my place of work the next day and fixed my device within an hour on site! It was as easy as it could be! I highly recommend Asurion.

Replacing my iPhone through Asurion was a very easy process and incredibly fast. Only issue was not having the ability to select the color of my replacement iPhone. You are just given whatever they have.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
