The guy (Ryan) communicated like a professional, I received a text prior to arrival, and he was at my door precisely on time. Answered all of my questions, gave me an estimated repair time, and completed the repair in that time. He was respectful, friendly, well spoken, and his work has thus far shown no flaws and my phone is like it was the day I bought it. Very good service and I'm most thankful for the process being stress-free.

I broke my screen on my brand new 1700$ phone and with my insurance for 29$ someone came to my house fixed the screen in my drive and only took 10 mins u just can't beat service like that
ASSURION INSURANCE CLAIM PROCESS IS VERY EASY AND EXTREMELY QUICK TO SEND A REPLACEMENT DEVICE. I DON'T KNOW OF ANY OTHER INSURANCE COMPANY THAT CAN SERVICE SUCH AN EXPANSE OF PERSONS HAVING DIFFICULTY ON THE SAME DAY BUT IT HAPPENS. I HOPE THEY CONTINUE TO PROVIDE US WITH THESE CLAIM BENEFITS.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
