Screen repair

I made a claim for a broken screen. I was given options for when and where I want the work to be completed. The guy (Ryan) communicated like a professional, I received a text prior to arrival, and he was at my door precisely on time. Answered all of my questions, gave me an estimated repair time, and completed the repair in that time. He was respectful, friendly, well spoken, and his work has thus far shown no flaws and my phone is like it was the day I bought it. Very good service and I'm most thankful for the process being stress-free.

Disappointed

I was disappointed due to I have a 12 mini and the AT&T store told us they have had a lot of 12 minis and they are FAULTY. The AT&T store nearest to me will not carry the 12 minis anymore.

I had a claim on my son's phone. I tried to resolve the issue via the internet and I experienced a glitch, I called the customer service and the rep was so helpful and so friendly and in no time the phone was on it's way to us. Am one satisfied customer. Thank you to the rep, I can't recall his name, he told me was located in the Philippines

Everything else went great from claiming the file to going into the store and employee was very polite and easy to talk to, but after picking up my son's phone we found out shortly after that the screen issue he was having with the phone was not resolved and we couldn't go back right away as we were headed out of town for Thanksgiving. Now we have to go through this again.

ASSURION INSURANCE CLAIM PROCESS IS VERY EASY AND EXTREMELY QUICK TO SEND A REPLACEMENT DEVICE. I DON'T KNOW OF ANY OTHER INSURANCE COMPANY THAT CAN SERVICE SUCH AN EXPANSE OF PERSONS HAVING DIFFICULTY ON THE SAME DAY BUT IT HAPPENS. I HOPE THEY CONTINUE TO PROVIDE US WITH THESE CLAIM BENEFITS.
