Replacement for my galaxy fold screen was very fast and well done.
Takes multiple days of constantly following up with no communication from asurion to get a proper claim. Was on the phone for over an hour with customer service had to send multiple documents, which I was told was approved and had a 3 hour wait to hear a response and did not get one until I called them myself I was then told I had to wait 24 hours for a response and they could not give me a reason why. Very frustrating because my phone is sitting at the repair already repaired and now they have to unrepair until they can get a proper claim from asurion and then I have to wait for them to repair it again.

Asurian promised my replacement
phone on a Monday. Wednesday night 9pm...still no phone! I called them about some kind of compensation for staying home for 3 days waiting for the replacement *229.00 deductible phone and talked to Brie who was rude and unhelpful. They blamed FedEx. It was supposed to be OVERNIGHT Shipping. 3 days later...no phone

When I have a phone isssue I always return to them. They solve problems and give advise. A good fair honest business that you can count on.
Tech came to service my electric stove but when she came over she refused to service and was keep on asking for $100.00 service when they denied to fix the issue … I could give 0 stars if u can because the tech was so pushy and was keep saying she wanted $100.00 without fixing our electric stove

The lady that took my claim had a very heavy ancient and she put the wrong address that I told her down to where I can get my replacement phone. I don't think 9538 I-20 Frontage Road matches what she put down which was 9538 Eye 20th Centrix Rd. Please do better or get someone that understands really good English

I truly can say best phone ever used by AT&T than T-Mobile, Sprint, and Cingular Wireless. Best network and valuable price per month for phones and services. No sneaky added bill's to account that is unexpected throughout contract either. Very happy to come on board of 2023. Plus no drop calls traveling state to state as a truck driver.
Asurion has told us on 3 occasions they where coming out to replace the screen on a phone. After taking off of work, no one ever showed. I have had to call the 15 times.
All they say is we understand.
We have paid insurance through Verizon for over 13yrs. This is not good customer service.

This is my second time time using this service and I will recommend it truly to anyone, the worker was efficient, professional and timely.
The claim process was so easy. I was able to get a new battery for my phone the same day I made the claim. Saved my phone and all the stuff on it! Thank goodness. So glad I have this insurance.
They denied my claim because they said the phone that had service was not the phone that was damaged. Yet I have a green screen from water damage on the phone I have service with and called them on. So how could it not be the right phone?
Because of this I have gone a full week without a new phone. My service keeps dipping in and out because if the water damage.
I have been with Verizon for 10+ years and I am leaving them based on how Asurion went. Bye bye Verizon!

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
