I am shocked at how quick and easy this entire process was! I had a completely cracked screen as well as cracked camera lens. I made an appointment and a wonderful tech showed up at my house the next morning. Ten minutes later my phone looked brand new. I bring my phones here to get repaired. They do a fabulous job. Their customer service is great. They explain the situation and the wait time was acceptable. My iPhone XR screen at a black line going through it not sure why I was more concerned about not being able to replace the screen protector since I'm having a hard time finding it for that model phone, but they had that and a few other accessories did I purchased my phone is fixed I waited for it the guy there are so friendly and very helpful

It was a great experience. Filled out my claim form online, replacement phone arrived the very next day. Backed up, reset and boxed up old phone and packaged with their instructions and took to the ups store. So easy and fast.
Could not believe how amazing, fast and easy this service was to do a screen repair. They showed up to my house and repaired my phone in the car. Less then 10mins and my phone was fixed.

Filed a claim on line, scheduled an appointment for a service tech to come to my work to fix the issues of a cracked screen. Was on time, very friendly, professional and quick.
I filed a claim in July after having the service for a couple of months for a TV that would no longer turn on. I was told in November after jumping through so many hoops that because the TV would not turn on, there is no way to know if the damage is covered by the service. My claim was denied for something I told several representatives about months ago. Stay away from this horrible company.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
