The process to file a claim for my screen was very easy. The technician called me night before to give me information and make sure they had the correct information, Ricardo the tech that fixed my phone was very knowledgeable, personable, and fixed my phone quick.

The worst customer service ever. I spoke with 5 representatives and was on the phone > 5 hours trying to a get assistance with my phone. I had basically given up but decided to try one more time and was connected to Tina in Louisiana. Tina definitely knows her job. She completed the replacement process and did not transfer me to another department. She was committed to resolving the issue and she did. Ask for Tina if you want to get your issue resolved. Thanks Tina your actions showed you value the customers.
