I paid for a replacement on my phone I believe Friday or Thursday, and I ended up getting the replacement on Monday and it didn't take that long for it to come in. The phone did not come in cracked or broken, the packaging was in good condition still.
The rep was very nice and greeted me with a smile. He provided an allotted time and met the time for me to pick up. Very friendly and recommend them to all who need the phone fixed.
I was booked at an ATT store for a screen replacement covered under insurance. The tech at the store, Ricardo called me and advised me he could help me sooner if I was able. I showed up at the store and he resolved the issue within an hour and a half. He anticipated my needs by asking if the phone was having any issues. I advised him the charging port could be worn out and the cable was having issues staying connected. He advised me the ports get build up inside and he would clean it up for me. Besides changing the screen, he cleaned up the charging port and now it works like new. He was a pleasure to deal with.
The moment I started the process to start a claim, I couldn't believe just how easy they made it to do. They were fast, reliable and I trust the company.
I started my claim online, had to submit my ID for verification, website said I had to wait for review, I then had to resubmit my ID at which point I got stuck in a perpetual loop on the website and kept resubmiting my ID, I then called support at which point the operator acknowledged the website loop and apologized, the operator tool all my information and assured me I would have my phone in 2-3 days and told me to disregard any email about submitting my ID. I ended up having to call because I tried tracking my phone and the website told me to wait for review again...I knew something was wrong. I called the service line, and asurion was waiting on me to decide what color I wanted, because the color of my original phone wasn't available, if I hadn't called to inquire about my phone it would never have arrived, I still don't have my phone yet. I hate that I pay for this service and it's such a terrible service, asurion doesn't care about the quality of service they provide they just want the monthly premium.

Timely, affordable, repair on my phone. I highly recommend this insurance plan. It was extremely easy to create claim, drop off at their provider for repair, and fast repair time. The provider in my area for repair was UbreakIfix. Excellent service and so happy repaired same day I brought to them.

Everything went perfectly, my tech was able to fix my phone fairly quickly. Att told me I needed to pay 275 and get a new phone... for a rear camera glass, I think not! Y'all need to be paying them techs better and get some damned a/c, it was almost 100 out today with the heat index and that man had to work in the heat with a fractured L4. Y'all should of gave that man paid time off on short term disability, extra vacay, and all of them a raise for working in those conditions! If he steps off a curb wrong in that state he could end up paralyzed! You can tell he is dedicated to his job, goes to show how little corporations care about the ones actually doing the work, compared to yalls corporate employees, shame!
I went to Verizon to get my screen replaced as it is completely non-functional and as a result and having to use my computer (apple) to contact people. They set up an appointment for a technician from Asurion to come to my house to fix my broken screen. AGAIN, I cannot call from my phone. As I stated in the notes for my appointment, the technician would need to send an email when they arrived at my apartment, as I had no way of checking my phone, I also included the email address in the notes in case it wasn't clear. After waiting for 2 hours, and receiving several calls which I could not answer as the ENTIRE reason for the appointment was to replace the screen, I never once received an email. I also checked the status of my appointment to which the screen prompted to call a phone number. I checked it on a different browser and it said appointment unavailable. For a company that is focused around replacing screens/repairs, you would think that they would have steps in place for this bull$#*!. I am incredibly frustrated at this utter lack of responsibility/effort on their part to do their jobs. And again, my phone is still broken. This has been a 3 day long ordeal and I will never be using this company again.

My experience with Asurion was a very smooth process. My phone was damaged and I called to see what options I had and they really made it a great experience. After explaining what happened to my phone, they immediately took my information and told me that I was covered and would receive a new phone. To my surprise it only took a short period of time and I received a new updated phone the next day. I really appreciate the help and support

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
