Called and got setup with a store. Gave me 14 days to get service. Service rep with Asurion was awesome and gave me all the info I needed. Guys at the store were great too. Very knowledgeable on in store products as well. Great experience all around and my phone looks brand new!

Submitted a claim over two months ago and recently heard that the device i wanted to replace was ready to be shipped and all that was required was to confirm my identity but after confirming it was me their website error messaged and now it says the device is on back order again. This would be fine except all of the asurion customer support is automated and whenever I get to a rep either through my cell provider or through their number it is always followed by a redirect and almost an hour wait while im mislead by robo assistants who pop up from time to time. Honestly Im ready to just buy a new phone at this point instead of deal with their ineptitude and total disregard for person to person customer service.
My concern was taken care of in 5 mins and I received my new phone within a couple days( my choosing). Phone set up directions included and very simple to transfer all my data and erase my old phone. Return shipping label was included and old phone returned without incident.
Technician was great and resolved the issue with the device in a very timely fashion.
I've had to use Asurion to replace 3 or 4 cracked phone screens now. The peace of mind I have paying the insurance each month is well worth it. The money I save and the priority I receive by using their insurance when I do crack my phone phone screen is also well worth it.
I went expecting my phone to be fixed but Nick went above and beyond. Also He recommended places I could go while I wait for my phone. I was so greatful he was the one that repaired my phone.
My experience was very smooth I didn't know what to do they really worked with me. My screen is fixed and my service is up and running. I would definitely recommend they are very friendly and really helpful.

There's no way they could be ANY worse. BOTH times I've had to get a replacement they either sent the wrong phone, or wrong Sim card. Then on top of that customer support is terribly slow.

I'm 34 years old ive had alot of phones with At&t. I was 13 when I got my first phone with CINGULAR. Then when I was about 19 when they turned into At&t. I've always had great experience great customer service and ive always been satisfied. I don't see myself with any other phone company. Thank you At&t Fayetteville,NC skibo rd. We was with family and she sat her phone down for two seconds and it was knocked over very hard.AT&T told us to reach out to Asurion.Everything was very easy,We chose the store closest to us.And they was extremely nice and helpful.They even gave her better tips to keep her phone safer.Service was very fast as well😊
The male staff on Polaris Parkway was phenomenal, polite/kind, and very considerate, with helping me with fixing my phone today. The quickest service I have experienced in a long time. I normally don't write reviews but they deserved 100% have a happy 2024 gentlemen and thanks again for the customer service.
Had a great customer service treatment. Took my phone in for a broken screen employees were kind and helpful. Told me it takes about one hour. Returned in an hr and phone was repaired. Great service.
I 12 phone was broken and was told that so would receive another I 12 at a costs of $125. Received replacement phone that would not even turn on…. Talked to Asurion rep who stated I would receive I 13 phone and because of inconvenience would have no costs for either phone. I was charged for I 12 phone which did no work. Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
