Assurion sent me an email prompting me to rate the battery life in my phone. Once it was complete I was prompted to set up an appointment to have my battery replaced with no deductible. It was quick, easy, and satisfying!
This experience was an absolute nightmare. I noticed on 1/2/24 that my screen had somehow popped out of the right side of the phone. It wasn't dropped, scratched, or cracked but the battery wouldn't hold a charge and kept turning off. I was told it was more than likely a battery issue. I had to pay $99 to get a refurbished phone when I did absolutely nothing wrong to this brand new Iphone that is barely 6 months old. When the phone arrived, there weren't any clear instructions in or on the box that showed me clearly how to get the refurbished new device set up and working. I had to call the customer service number and spoke to about 4 or 5 other people who all told me different things on how to activate the phone! At one point both phones were in SOS and i couldn't make any calls. Imagine if i lived alone and didn't have access to another phone to call the customer service number again! Then as i try to get it working, i'm constantly interrogated about getting the device protection plan and then they all have the nerve to ask me why I don't want it. It would have been much less stressful to go through apple. I actually had to reach out to THEIR customer service and they were able to help me more than Asurion.
I dropped my phone and the screen broke about half way down. I live in a small town about 60 miles from the closest city. The problem was the screen however I could not get a repairman to come on site even though it was done in past. My option was to mail in and be without a phone for 5-6 days or wait on new device which was back ordered. This was during an extremely busy time at my work and I missed a lot of customers. I could still call but couldn't see to text nor check out with my apps. Also couldn't erase my voicemail and my mailbox was full. It caused so many problems. I finally had it over a week and half and called customer service to demand something. I was directed to call after midnight as soon as shipment arrived. I woke up and did and got no where except to be told to call again at 6 am. Same. Took me 2 hours to get someone to finally do something. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was hung up on twice before that happened. Absolutely ridiculous. If we pay for a product it should be available or something comparable to replace immediately

Sent my S21 Ultra in for screen repair. They have no idea where my phone is, they haven't shipped it yet. They lost it at their warehouse. It's been 2 weeks. Use any other insurance you can. Stay away from Asurion. They also tried to charge me $250 on "accident" instead of the quoted $29.

I took my mom's phone to get the screen replaced. Gave was the one that helped me. He was very polite, helpful, timely, and professional. I was lucky to have the phone fixed in the same day, within the time frame that he gave me. He made it look like a new phone again.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
