The claim process was extraordinarily simple. Appointment availability for the repairs was the same day. Inclimate weather required the technician to push the time but Asurion kept me informed. The technician was extremely professional and completed the repair quickly.
Dropped my iPhone on a Thursday. Called them and was told it would be at my door the next night. It wasn't, so I called and spoke to three people who all told me WILDLY different stories about where my replacement was but I was promised by three people that I should have it the next day. This is day 4 and there is no shipping information on their website. And how TF can I prove that I have this insurance "site jabber"? How do I send a pic of my insurance that I have through my phone company?
The service I received Was Top Notch. And Receiving my replacement device was fast. And I received an updated model. Was really expecting to get a like for like. Well worth paying for the insurance protection
AT&T's was very helpful and guided me through the form that needed to be filled out. The form was easy to fill out. The replacement phone from Asurion arrive within 24 hours. It was packaged well and everything that was promised was delivered in the box. I appreciated that I was given a contact number to set up my phone. AT&T was also happy to assist with this in the store. I was informed by Asurion that I would upgrade from an iPhone 11 to a 13. I agreed to that and am pleased with the upgrade. My experience was flawless. Thank you!
Usually this service is fantastic. However, my latest encounter was less than that. I was told my phone would be delivered same day. Was transferred to the automated payment part of the deal. It wouldn't accept my card. It acted like I wasn't entering anything and was transferred again to a person. Who then told me my phone was on back order and they didn't know how long it would be until the phone would arrive. That was a period of maybe 5 minutes of being told two completely different things. I also can't check the status. Every time I try it gives me an error message.
It was easy to get in and get my screen replaced. The tech had great customer service skill and explained all details of the repair.
My experience with AT&T has been really good. When I have a problem they are there to help they make things real easy to understand and they treat you like family with respect and very happy to be a service. I would recommend AT&T to anybody that would ask.
The Asurian person I talked to on the phone said I should get a new phone in the mail in 3 days but it never came I think because I declined to buy additional insurance that she was aggressively trying to sell me. After the 10th time she tried I spelled it out to her that I was not interested in extra insurance. She then didn't send me a new phone and had to call back to the same aggressive sales tactics. The company is a scam.

Claim # *******767 was summited and i was aked to send in proofs of purchase of tv and protection plan and a $#*! load of pictures of the tv front and back: why was my claim cancelled i purchased the protection plan my product failed wtf.

My experience was excellent my iPads where stolen I filled a claim and they sent me a confirmation for delivery tracking the same day no questions asked 2 days later I received new Ipads.
I received appropriate email updates. The representative came to me and handled everything in a professional manner. I am very pleased with my repairs and my service.

This may be the easiest claim I have ever filed! Was putting off filing, even went and bought a new phone. At the store the representative told me to file a claim. This is what you pay insurance for. And guess what! It took 2 minutes to file and new phone received within 2 days. Kudos to this team.

After a battery replacement in one their repair shop my device started to fail turning on and off every 3 minutes.
I called to Asurion and the rep immediately understood my frustration sending me a new replacement on the next day after filling in the proper documentation.
One tech guy went to my workplace to deliver the new device and stay to help me out to activate my new device and explain how to transfer the data.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
