I wish Verizon would use someone else. This has been the biggest headache of my life. They messed up my phone claim, sent the wrong phone, then argued with me about reading a verification code off of my broken phone. Now I have to pay another $100 and hope that I get refunded for my first $100 in the first place. Instead of fixing it, now we have to wait 24 hours before the claim would even be approved.
They sell you on a great PLAN, that leads to hours of submitting paperwork over and over and then once approved hit you with $100+ filing fees. To top it off,before even filing a claim, they try to pressure you into upgrading for all household appliances. Someone should get the FTC involved

It was difficult getting the claim started because we had several phones on our account but once we had that started, placing the appointment for repair was easy. The service tech came to us and took care of the issue and I didn't have to miss any work. That was awesome!

Once the device was inspected, i was assured that the job could be fixed. I was also given the options to additionally refresh the phone, by checking battery and other features. He explained the process that he was going to do in his van outside. It was -21 degrees and this gentleman assured me that he was going to take care of it all in the company car. I was amazed because my phone is working better than ever! The screen was repaired. Fully functional, it took the time I was told and the curteousy is PRICELESS! MY TECH WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN -21 DEGREE WEATHER! AMEN AND THANKFUL FOR SUCH GREAT PEOPLE AND COMPANY!
My experience with replacing my iphone from Asurion was very good. It was a fast and easy process. I put up the claim online and in two days the new phone arrived. I would recommended them at anytime.
My LED screen had damage, I made claim, went to the store for repair and got my device back within an hour. Did not need to stress about not having access to my phone for an extended time period. They did a super good job, phone is basically brand new. The price was also reasonable. Satisfied and will use them again.

I have completed two claims for company phones that needed fixing/replacing. The phone claim website was step-by-step and the emailing system for updates during the claim was super helpful. They understand how to help you and do not fret when they don't find what you're looking for the first time. Although calling can lead to long wait times (didn't happen most times I called), the help is worth it. They are quick, guide you through the entire process, and send frequent updates to remind you where your claim stands!
Very easy process, took about 30 minutes and the phone activation was painless and easy...
Paid into Verizon's insurance plan w/ assurion for years only to have a used replacement phone sent out that the apps dont work right

They came to fix our washer and it worked great. Tech said you have high end appliances you really need a warrant contract. I told him we just spent $9,000.00 on a replacement refrigerator from Viking and he said doesn't matter how old they are Asurion will take care of them just call us and we will send a tech right out. Found out even though our Viking stove was 22 years old and looked new they walked away after paying them for over a year. Crooks.

I my experience was good,& complete. They does their job well and they are very knowledgeable.
So I purchased my S23 Ultra less then a month ago. My phone slipped out of my hand while texting and hit my desk just perfect to Crack the screen. Placing a claim with Asurion was so easy. I was able to get my screen fixed by just dropping it off at a local store and withing 2 hours my phone was like new again.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
