My battery was not holding a charge so I used the service to have the phone replaced. The new unit came the next day with clear instructions to back up the old phone and transfer data and service to the new one.
Everything is perfect regarding asurion. Except the mailed delivery was delayed. I have supposed to receive it next or in two day, delivery was made on Friday. But not too bad. It's okay' that's happened sometimes
I have always bought a warranty for my family's phones and we have used it maybe 3 times. All three times it was an easy process and either a new or refurbished phone they replace it with. The out of pocket($120-$220) is way cheaper than a new phone of the same type you had or upgraded.
The most exuberant service I had ever received from any cellular subscribers. Had service with Verizon, and it was extremely awful. The f****** pits.

It would save customers a lot of disappointment, wasted time, and frustration if it is communicated to them beforehand that the experts due to meet up with them at a specific time may be cancelled due to bad weather. Manage their expectations when customers try to make appointments for repair experts to meet them at their residential or business address to repair their device. I would recommend getting your broken device at a repair store contracted with Asurion instead of having a repair expert come to you.
It is good to have the protection plan that covers damages other plans do not like cracked screens. Like all insurance must pay monthly and there is a deductible for replacement but $29 for repairs. Cool thing is the technician comes to you. Wish it was free replacement though for what we pay monthly other than that I highly recommend having it.

I was over an hour late for my appointment and your awesome associate STILL had my S23 ULTRA shattered screen replaced and back to me in less than 45 minutes. Completely painless experience. Highly recommended for anyone with a new phone or tablet.
Fast. Easy. Simple. Give the guy a raise, don't worry about the temp screen protector. If a manager is reading this this guy is good explained everything and made it super simple. Fast explanation and what to expect. Easy to drop and schedule my claim he even explained that the screen protector was temp which is funny cause I know somebody probably had to think that was permanent.
ASURION SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. THEY DO NOT EVEN TRY TO FIX MY SONY SOUND SYSTEM. THEY OFFERED ME 1/5 THE COST TO REPLACE IT. THE UNIT WAS $3000.00 IN 2018 AND NOW THEY OFFERED $550.00. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY DID IT. THE FIRST THEY GAVE ME A CHEAP SAMSUNG TV FOR A HIGH END SONY. THE TV WAS 14 MONTHS OLD. WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
