I was in a predicament, I could not make any phone calls and was waiting for my new phone to activate. It was stuck so I went on my computer and started a text with Juan at Asurion. He walked me thru and was very professional and in a timely manner.

It would not print. I tried for two days and then remembered the warranty. I went on line and got help from Jenelyn. It took about 30 minutes to solve the non-printing issue. She had me try a number of things till we finally figured it out. She was very patient. She knows her stuff!

I chat at 4 o'clock in the morning with the most professional and compassionate service representative that I've encountered in years. And it had nothing to do with purchasing additional coverage I assure you lol but this gentleman just said and did and went beyond what I'm sure his job requires. I would recommend this company to anyone. Whoever asked me never gave it much thought and so I had an experience with this gentleman. But after he educated me and what coverage I really needed to have open my eyes to the amount of money that I've been wasting over the years! Kudos!

I was the first customer of the day and the expert provided extraordinary customer service. In addition to the issue, the expert cleaned my phone. To prevent the issue from occurring again, I purchased a product and the expert graciously applied it to my phone. In sum, my phone was repaired in less than an hour and it looks brand new. Issue was resolved efficiently (under 30 minutes). I wish they wouldn't try to upsell an insurance plan while waiting for my issue to be resolved. If it wasn't for that I would've given 5 stars.
The New Asurion Complete Protect on Amazon is a scam it says "Asurion Complete Protect: One plan covers all eligible past and future purchases on Amazon" they don't cover past purchases (Scam)
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
