So Far, So Good!

I'm having issues with my Canon TS6220 Printer communicating with my Dell PC. I'm unable to print directly from my printer. I have installed the update drivers and still no luck. I contacted Asurion for help as I have the 3-year Warranty. After doing a Video Chat with Maria Christina she assured me my case would be covered and that I would be hearing from Tech Support within 3 Business Days. I hope the fix is as easy as contacting Asurion with my concerns!

Was getting blasted with spam calls over 100 in 3 days. The staff i had the pleasure of assisting me in the issue was fantastic. Took awhile and 2 attempts but we got it. Emily ( not correct spelling) sorry was on it. Thank you.
