After doing a Video Chat with Maria Christina she assured me my case would be covered and that I would be hearing from Tech Support within 3 Business Days. I hope the fix is as easy as contacting Asurion with my concerns!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
