My boyfriend and I both came in with broken phones, and both Javier and Rashard were extremely knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful in fixing one phone, and upgrading another with an extra watch thrown in the mix. When I had called in to try do my claim over the phone. I had got someone who didn't no a lot of English and I could just not understand in the process att sent a link to do it online I clicked the link and when I tell you amazed because I was done less than 5 min when I had been in phone with her at about 7 min

Asurion sent a tech (Mr. Terren) out to fix my cracked screen, I love this way of doing service. I was able to keep my same phone, not have to send it in and wait for a new one, I was able to have it fixed from my home and I was provided an appointment the next day and on. I chose my day and timeframe, the technician called and stated he would be able to come earlier if that worked for me but I'd not he would come at the time specified. This worked out even better for me, he came out early and was very knowledgeable and professional. He replaced my screen in no time and my phone look brand new. Great, expedient, professional and above all exceptional service from filing the claim to the technician coming out to repair my phone.

Worry Free Claim Process.

I had to file an insurance claim in my laptop for the first time ever. I believe it is worth paying for the insurance plan on all my devices. If I didn't have the plan, I would've had to pay over $1,600 to replace the device. With the insurance deductible I paid $275. That's a huge difference. Plus, they sent me a brand new laptop, not a refurbished one. Even better, I received it in the mail the next morning.

Tried several times to input my information on the website and it kept giving me errors and invalid information. As soon as I got a chat going they were able to help me supper fast. In 5 minutes my claim was in and escalated for review. Now we wait to see what happens
