Asurion sent a tech (Mr. Terren) out to fix my cracked screen, I love this way of doing service. I was able to keep my same phone, not have to send it in and wait for a new one, I was able to have it fixed from my home and I was provided an appointment the next day and on. I chose my day and timeframe, the technician called and stated he would be able to come earlier if that worked for me but I'd not he would come at the time specified. This worked out even better for me, he came out early and was very knowledgeable and professional. He replaced my screen in no time and my phone look brand new. Great, expedient, professional and above all exceptional service from filing the claim to the technician coming out to repair my phone.
Asurion LLC. I purchased item protection from this company and now that the product has failed they are refusing to honor my claim.

I had to file an insurance claim in my laptop for the first time ever. I believe it is worth paying for the insurance plan on all my devices. If I didn't have the plan, I would've had to pay over $1,600 to replace the device. With the insurance deductible I paid $275. That's a huge difference. Plus, they sent me a brand new laptop, not a refurbished one. Even better, I received it in the mail the next morning.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
