Jhonnamae, the customer service representative was fantastic! She was friendly, patient and attentive.
It was hard to file a claim without customer service help though. The site kept reloading to the previous page when trying to get the verification code.
She helped me resolve my problem of a purchased humidifier that arrived missing a part.
Once I eventually got to a rep, I was totally pleased with the service provided by him. The new phone came quickly which was unexpected and needed since my child is at College and that was our only means to communicate with each other.
Had a problem with getting a label for a return. Rachelle got me the label in less time that it took to do this review. Thanks Rachelle!
