I didn't want to use Asurion at first, because I'm not a fast typist, but because I was able to use voice command, it was very very easy. I would use it again. The representative was really nice, friendly and very helpful.

Glad I had this insurance!

My claim went quick and easy. The whole claims process was through their website and chat. All I have to do now is print the shipping label that they emailed me and send in my broken phone... and then I'll have a gift card for the $ I paid for the phone through my email!

Broken Z3 screen repair

Screen broke on my Z3 Fold, called ATT, they put me in touch with Asurion and like magic! My phone is fixed completely 2 days later! Quoted almost $400 before checking to see that I had insurance and a ZERO deductible! No money out of my pocket! Thanks Asurion!

IPhone 14 ProMax Replacement

My experience with the customer service representatives was great, however, I am not pleased that my phone was replaced with a refurbished phone. I understand the fine print in the terms and conditions covers Asurion to be able to send refurbished phones but that is not acceptable when your customers purchase NEW phones in your stores and not refurbished phones.

Spectacular Service

Jose helped me set up my new replacement phone with ease! I provided all the info he needed to enable things from his end and my phone was bombarded with texts that I've not seen for the last few days! The turnaround time for reporting the phone claim and getting the replacement was lightning fast!

My wife got a new iPhone and the transfer was a little bumpy. We had to chat with the tech coach to get one of her apple watches paired up. The process was tedious for us because my wife and I are not tech savvy at all. It took awhile but we were patient and so was our tech coach, April. We finally got the watch paired up and backup restored. April did an excellent job. Thank you.

Verizon Asurion Assistance

Asurion was extremely helpful resolving my phone issues which is why I am giving 5 stars. Verizon was extremely lacking, however, when it sent me my new high-end phone. Someone failed to install a SIM card in it, which I did not realize when I tried to activate it. This led to complications when I tried to activate my phone using Verizon's website.

Asurion is here to protect consumers friends

Friends, I was skeptical about Asurion, but I didnot think twice, I paid $59 to purchase Asurion. At first, I convinced myself, this got to be my mistake, my ear Bud pro 2 was purchased@ the Source, Square one mall, staff are very helpful, I would never thought that ear Bud will broke down after 13 months! The Source staff encouraged me to file a claim with straight reason: the right ear Bud suddenly became silent. I filed a claim on Feb 19 2024, guess what, I received a REFUND of the FULL purchase price $ 239 on March 5th 2024. Today, I would like to be a positive supporter for Asurion. They are here to protect consumers, electronics do FAILS, just that which consumer bought that unlucky item. NO HASSLE from Asurion.
I like Friends out there, seriously consider make this investment of protection plan,
Asurion is our PROTECTOR. This is a true claim made@ Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. I couldn't believe the fact that there is finally an true insurance in place to protect purchaser. Electronics are not ALL perfect, mine was Samsung ear Bud pro 2.
