LITERALLY the most effective and thorough support I have received in a long while. My agent was extremely thorough, considerate, polite and clearly knew her role. She did everything she could to ensure I understood the process and clearly explained how I should be on the lookout for upcoming call to action(s) on my part, as to not slow down the claims process. It is so far and few between these days to come across this kind of work ethic, so I felt compelled to let you all know what stellar customer support Asurion customer service reps provde.
The claim was resolved quickly, few questions asked. Item was slightly worn out and needed comfort features replaced. The team was super helpful and approved my claim, and the item was shipped back to the manufacturer

Less than 24 hours after filing claims we had upgraded equipment…took to local AT&T store and they handled moving data and the whole process. I've had to file a claim on several devices throughout the years. Asurion has always had a replacement device in my hands the next business day. I appreciate how prompt they are in filing my claim! Don't go without this plan as it has saved me 1000s in replacement devices!
Asurion responded immediately when my phone became un-operable. They immediately sent a replacement phone at no charge and this support has been so important to me. They followed up and have been great.
I could not find the "start a claim" button on my app so I chatted in for help with finding the correct link. Billy picked up my chat, and with a few questions he was able to file the claim for me. This all took less than 10 minutes and I am very satisfied. Thank you Billy!

I have been told I can't record conversations and I have been hung up on and redirected. I am on the verge of contacting a lawyer to consult if I can sue Verizon about the lies I was told about home device protection. My laptop is broken and the lowball offer is insulting. Im consulting the BBB. I'm a caregiver to a 100% disabled Veteran and I'm contacting the White House 800 line for veterans to report unfair business practices. They do investigate. The tech coach team is nice but phone calls to the Asurion specialists are crazy, rude, and unprofessional.it has been over two weeks. 6 hours on phone and no results

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
