Last year, a purchase, a $150 camera… I got the $16 protection plan… The protection plan was for two years… At the 12 month mark, our proceeded to use my camera again… It was defective… And without a hassle, Asurion is sending me a Gift receipt for the $150, so that I can re-purchase a camera.
I have used Asurion for a few different items. They are responsive and easy to work with. They'll let you know if you need to work with the manufacturer or their claims team. They try to resolve the claims quickly.
My phone was damaged and had the dreaded black screen. I simply used another device to chat with asurion support and in only minutes my new phone was on its way. I never can understand why someone would pass on device insurance. This one incident proves that it is well worth what I spend on the coverage. I would have been out hundreds of dollars and without a usable phone at the same time.
Excellent experience. My phone broke they sent me a brand new updated model immediately and then walked me through the setup/activation. And when there were problems they resolved it. Tha knyoy Lyka!

As soon as my phone broke I was able to schedule a technician to come to me! I'm in the middle of nowhere lol on top of that he said he'd fix it in an hour but it took close to 40 mins.
The young man who handled my claim at the Duarte, CA store was exceptional. Not only knowledgeable on all aspects but working by himself and attentive to me and every customer that came in. Very impressed!

I purchased a patio umbrella to sit under during the summer. I'm disabled and very little sight left, so average tasks can be difficult. The stormy spring weather was supposed to be past but we received one more bout. My umbrella was damaged, the company on Amazon was unhelpful and it was past Amazon's 30 day coverage. Luckily I had Asurion, Marygold was my customer representative and it was taken care of soooo fast. Marygold was helpful and patient, my claim was filed and successfully completed. Icannot be happier
Trash. Every claim denied and I'm paying for a service that has the most fine prints I've ever seen. Find a way to make everything not qualify for coverage.
I submitted the insurance claim online and within minutes the store was calling me. I took my Z4Fold to them, and within the 2 hours, as promised, my phone was ready. I had the opportunity to observe the associate interacting with several customers and was impressed with his caring, professional service. That is a rare treat now-a-days to see someone who actually likes their job. I truly believed my phone was a very expensive broken paper weight. Thanks for making me a believer. Impressive!
Amazing service! Quick, no hassle, and solved the problem in a heart beat and I mean solve and in solved two problems in my end in less then 4 days with having one of the devices stolen once it got delivered reported it and no problem at all next day I got my replacement
The entire experience was easy. Made two appointments that we missed but were able to make third one. Rescheduling was easy. Technician was prompt, polite and patient as we had to call son for Apple ID. Phone was repaired and returned in an hour.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
