My screen cracked from it falling. They shipped a return envelope for me to send my cell. I shipped on Monday had my cell delivered on Thursday. My cell phone looks brand new.

The representative was excellent in helping me with getting my phone replaced was very kind we ran in a snag on my side but he patiently waited until we could resolve it and guided me through it. I was just mentioning to the customer service chat person, marygold, how frustrating it was that you if you order a phone ahead of time, before you receive the claim refund, you end up with an Amazon gift card you don't need since you already bought the phone. Or you have to go a few days WITHOUT a phone if you wait for the refund before ordering a new phone... I was thrilled I was thrilled when she offered me another solution, that they could send me a check in 7 to 10 business days. Perfect. This also gives me flexibility to buy the replacement phone wherever I want. Though TBH, I'll probably still get it from Amazon LOL
