Fast & Reliable

I walk in to this place not knowing how long it will take for them to fix my iPhone screen. But I was shocked I have an appointment on the 20th but I can't wait because I need my phone for work. So I went and stand in the line but it's was pretty busy a lot of people was there to get help with their devices. The guy was there was Very helpful, I explain to him how my phone crack and the he said he can't promise me how long will it take because they have a lots of customers. So he said he will give me a text when they'll finish working on my phone. So I walked away and my sister and my daughter and I went to walk on the other side because we were hungry. And boom 15 minutes later my daughter said I got a text from the place that you drop your phone to fix. I read it and it's said it's ready for pick up. I jumped up and said wow they got it fix because we left this area. I walk from the restaurant to the place because it's next door I pick my phone and I also got freebies from them. They're all friendly and they always put a smile on my on their customers face the moment you walk in and out. Thank you guy's for your hard work I appreciate you all.

My screen was broken. I have baby at home, I am single mom and had no time to take my phone to the office. I scheduled service at home. The guy came at scheduled time frame. He gave me 30 minutes notice of arrival. He was friendly, professional and quick. Did service really well. I am very impressed with your service. Thank you Asurion.

Received an email from Advantage AT&T Pro Tech. No idea what that was. I pay $17+ mo for Asurion policy covering my cell. The email said Beau, it's time for your summer device checkup. To me that meant Asurion was offering a little check of my cell for battery, etc;. Marco my first rep was so involved with 3 other customers. It was a 28 min call for simple question. After I disconnected he added the charge would appear on my bill. NO, I'M NOT PAYING any additional charge over my monthly $17+ fee. PLEASE HAVE A BILLING DEPT MGR CALL ME. I have AT&T Armor, so calls received and are not on my contract list are blocked or sent to Spam. Txt me with a tel # and I'll respond to that number. Ana did a great job!

She was very understanding, pleasant, easygoing, but most of all very informative and damn easy to follow along with her explanations and instructions and not feeling a bit embarrassed about your lack of computer tech knowledge. I thank the good lord for the asurion folks cause he has seen me in action while work with computers/ electronics in the past and knew I could be dangerous, expensive, and completely ignorant 😁

My recent experience with assurance was beyond remarkable! I received a call after I submitted my claim telling me that they received my claim and were waiting for me! The guys were professional and friendly! The whole process was super easy and my phone ame out like new... ZERO dollars out of my pocket! Amazing! New screen on my Samsung fold!

Quick & easy mobile repair

Overall smooth experience. Simple and quick. Submitting my claim online was quick and easy. Visiting my local repair shop(Sherwood, Oregon): walk-in the next day, the tech was super friendly and had my device repaired working and looking like new in 2.5 hrs. Super pleased with my experience and the repair was 100% covered... Couldn't get better than that!

I always buy Asurion when checking out with a purchase that offers it. I have only had to rely upon it for a claim, twice throughout the years, however knowing it's there for all of my products gives me the peace of mind if something were to go wrong, they have my back! Don't doubt check out with them! Even if Amazon doesn't show a protection plan, you can add it through Asurion on Amazon site. About to do that for a cordless robotic pool vacuum and a cordless robotic pool skimmer that I just purchased yesterday.Thank you for making my most recent experience painless and exactly what I would expect from an amazing company like yours🙌🏻🙏🏻

Extremely satisfied

I was so worried because my phone was only 7 months old and that I would have to buy a new one, I didn't think my insurance would except my phone that had been compromised by Malware, they were wonderful to work with and listened to all my concerns, although I have to start fresh all over again as I cannot transfer anything over to the new phone because of the viruses, I feel so relieved that I can finally stop this madness and live my life again, sincerely thank you

My phone screen was cracked and randomly went out. I figured it had gotten water damage from me having it in the bathroom when i showered or something so I put it in a bag of rice hoping that would fix the issue. It didnt! I immediately started to panic because i need my phone for EVERYTHING! I could answer calls on my airpods but beyond that, i was out of luck. I immediately panicked because i cannot afford to get my phone screen fixed right now. But then i remembered. I have insurance! I put my claim in online, and same day i was able to go to the store and get my phone fixed with $0 cost to me. I cannot express how much relief was provided to me in that moment picking my phone up and not having to pay anything. Normally, I hate paying for insurance because you usually never need it. But the way I was taken care of today, i most certainly will be keeping my insurance with Asurion and will forever spread the word of how great of an experience I had today. I cant thank you all enough!

I did a claim early in the week and Asurion had my phone fixed by the end of the same week. We filled out the claim form and they sent an individual who came to our house and fixed the phone in our driveway in their vehicle. It was so quick and efficient. Thank you again!
