The chat with Verizon customer service staff, Cyrilleanne was great! She did said that she set up an appointment for me to the nearest ubreakifix store which is an hour away from my residence
Unfortunately, when I got to ubreakifix store, manager Jacob said that he didn't receive on their end the appointment request.
Google pixel 4xl just won't turn on last Saturday and now it's Tuesday. I bought a new Google pixel 8 last Sunday thinking it would help me process faster but unfortunately not. No one from Verizon or Google account restore web and no contact information I can call to put my data back. I don't understand this whole issue. Right now, call and text are only functioning on my new phone. Thanks a lot! Hope there's resolution to this issue to help customer like me who's with Verizon for more than 10 years.

The young man who greeted me and helped me was so nice and so informative - both on what he was going to do to fix my phone AND the different options available for insurance on all of our home electronics, etc. I was dreading going, but he made the experience quite painless. :) Thank you for being there with this service.
For some items, such as dehumidifiers, the Asurion plans can be a very good idea. I am pleased with my experience submitting a claim when my unit failed after fewer than two years. I was able to look up the Amazon order number for the Asurion purchase in my Amazon history, which was convenient and helpful. The claims process was handled satisfactorily via Chat. I will consider Asurion protection plans for future purchases.
Honey made my experience quick and easy, the site was easy to navigate and process everything
I started my chat and explained everything to Honey what was going on with my reimbursement check and it wasn't long before she came back to me and said that everything was taken care of. I put in a claim in April for my Epson ET-2800 printer and within a couple of days I had my check in the mail.to purchase a new printer. Asurion is a very reliable company. Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
