I am one of those that have really bad luck with phones. They tend to jump out of my hands and crack the screen pretty often. Before Asurion, it was so broke trying to get the screen replaced for $350 or more. Supper expensive! I finally decided to sign on with Asurion. The claim was super easy to file. I was a little skeptical about the house call for the repair but decided to give it a shot. I got to choose the time frame that worked for me. The technician called me within that time frame and showed up when promised. The screen was fixed in about 30 minutes. A quick signature and I got my phone back, like new. Could not be any happier. Wish I would have signed up earlier.

I needed help activating my daughter's replacement phone so I reached out to support. My tech's name was Steve and he was wonderful! He was prompt and he was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. The set up process on Apple products can be a task, but Steve stayed right there with me until the end. Awesome experience!

I spent hours with hp trying to fix this problem. Finally I called the store where I bought the printer and they said to call asurion. I did. They totally understood and walked me through the solution in less than an hour. Hp has great printers but their weakness is on the help chats and phone chats. Asurion allowed me to bypass hp altogether. Will never buy another printer without it.
Working with Lee today was a smooth experience. I was running into problem after problem, and Lee was patience with me to help each dilemma I was having with my old phone. Lee, I don't know if you'll see this but keep up the good work!

Richie talked me through the entire process and did the work for me. He stayed with me the whole time and got it done. Made the process way easier for me.
There was allot of confusion with the tech's on the phone call getting transferred to people who could not address my issue. Once I got to the correct dept after call back 3 times while with an AT&T assistant manager the problem was resolved. The place they sent us to was great and fixed the problem.
Jamal was great, helped me out a ton. I really needed my phone fixed and didn't want it to be a 4 hour trip and they drive right to you!

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
