I had wanted to know if I needed to take my phone in for a physical inspection so that they would know that there was not any damage when I signed up to device protection and he told me that the computer says it's activated I would have preferred a straight yes or no or a little more first hand knowledge of what I was asking but was very polite and responsive
On Thursday, May the 9th I went to the Stephenville, Texas, Att store to have to activate a replacement phone. I must say the young gentleman that assisted me was very professional and courteous! He fixed me up and helped me with issues with my husband's phone! I told him I would give him 10 stars if possible! Thank you young man!

I'm glad I did. Lately, the laptop has been doing things I've never seen a Mac laptop do in my years of using them. So, I tracked down the information for the protection plan and made a claim. Jessica, who filed my claim was GREAT. The repairs will be covered entirely. Worth every penny!
