Jailyn, my Asurion representative was absolutely A1 in assisting me. She expedited my claim process in minutes and relegated it to a local UBreakIFix locale that could have my laptop fixed in less than a week whereas I was originally on the phone for hours with others with multiple holds and never got anything accomplished. She was absolutely exemplary.
Several years ago I purchased a range finder from $#*!'s sporting goods. I also purchased the insurance / protection plan, 2 yr plan. Within that time, while using the range finder it rained heavily. The HALO range finder took on internal moisture. I sent it back following the instructions...this was during the "co-vid" BS...I was given the run around for almost a full year and then silence...no emails were returned. No range finder replacement...nothing.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
