I needed to utilize my protection warranty on a chair and I started the claim yesterday and wasn't able to complete it. Try to finish it myself, but couldn't jump on the chat with Richie and as easy as can be located it completed it and gave me the instructions easy as Pi.

Mobile repair

My screens were cracked on two of my phones. I scheduled the appointment online on a Tuesday and the repair tech came to my home the next day and fixed my screens. I love that the repair techs are mobile because I work from home and it's hard for me to run errands

Excellent Pro Tech Support team

My s22 ultra was experiencing network issues. Pro tech support team worked tirelessly to help resolve the problems I was experiencing. As I was on phone with a representative, our connection was lost. I had given him all the information he needed just before the call dropped. The agent was able to activate my phone and services are better than ever.

I sent in an ipad due to the charging port being positional and not charging. They replaced my screen, which had no damage and sent it back to me with no comments. They are refiling the claim and i'm sending it back, but I am frustrated that i have to do this twice.
