Never thought I'd see the day that someone would show up at my house to fix my phone. Responce time was very fast. Tech arrived within the appropriate window did a quick inspection of the phone said it will be about 45 min. Finished in what felt about 40 min and returned the phone promptly. Tech gave some advice on how to improve battery life as he has also replaced the battery. Phone is working better than it did before I cracked my screen. If you want fast reliable repairs with minimal interruptions in service I definitely recommend this insurance plan (a little spendy but you get what you pay for).

My technician was very patient, helpful and understanding. He worked with getting my printer connected to my new laptop. He really had to work it, because my internet connection was not good at all, it was really slow. But he took his time and made sure it would print and printed out a test page.
