I love their service, I suggest everyone to buy this protection

I am ecstatic! My phone was fixed within an hour!
The best customer service I've received in a LOOOONG timeA shout out to Luise: professional and personable.
This location is not the closest one to my home for getting my phone repaired, but I will drive the extra distance to come here for repairs in the future.

I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. I called ATT to find out what to do. I was referred online to follow steps. I received my new phone the next day. All my data was transferred over to new phone after I went in to the ATT store in Centralia, Washington. The young woman in the store was extremely helpful and answered ALL my questions. Asurion insurance is a must. They are efficient, fast and reliable. I have always been very pleased with this company. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

My great grandson cracked his phone and was having problems with his screen. I took him and the phone to AT&T store. The service person advised me to file a claim and assisted me with the number! It was so easy I was on phone less than five minutes. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful! I got the phone 2 days later! Thank you Asurion!

I will buy the asurion warranty's on everything they are offered on because they are low priced and cover almost everything. Always great customer service and so easy to file your claims.

This was one of the easiest tech support calls I ever had. Had a scan run to determine if there were any problems or issues. It was fast and painless.

I am not a tech expert nor am i proficient in all the highly advanced techs. Both good and bad. I appreciate the security checkup. Rey was polite and professional and helpful. Thankfully i have you gentlemen to assist if i get worried.
