I had cracked my phone screen at work and the bottom half was all blinky. Very annoying. Put in my claim, scheduled for the repair tech to come to my house to fix, all in a matter of minutes. On the day of service the tech showed up at my house, was friendly and courteous. He took my phone to his vehicle and in a very short amount of time my phone was returned with a new and perfectly calibrated screen. Would use his services again.

From the time I put the claim online to a into the shop and completed the whole claim took two hours from beginning to end. Phone was fixed really fast was told he could take up the two hours took less than an hour. Tech and Seabrook, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for an excellent experience.
At first I called and delt with a customer service rep with att and they were no help at all. Stating I didnt have insurance on any of my phones which i know i did. And they werent helpful at all. Asurion as soon as I put a claim in, was more help then the countless times I had att customer service rep help. I would definitely use them again
