I had cracked my phone screen at work and the bottom half was all blinky. Very annoying. Put in my claim, scheduled for the repair tech to come to my house to fix, all in a matter of minutes. On the day of service the tech showed up at my house, was friendly and courteous. He took my phone to his vehicle and in a very short amount of time my phone was returned with a new and perfectly calibrated screen. Would use his services again.

From the time I put the claim online to a into the shop and completed the whole claim took two hours from beginning to end. At first I called and delt with a customer service rep with att and they were no help at all. Stating I didnt have insurance on any of my phones which i know i did. And they werent helpful at all. Asurion as soon as I put a claim in, was more help then the countless times I had att customer service rep help. I would definitely use them again

IPhone screen became inoperative, went to local ATT store and employee helped me start a claim. Asurion set up a place to fix the issue and company they selected had the screen replaced in about 45 minutes. Super easy to get it all done!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
