My treadmill's motor burned out after about 10 months. The manufacturer's warranty was 12 months structural and 90 days for all other parts. When I filed the claim online, I was within the "12-month" warranty, and I was told the claim was denied and I had to contact the manufacturer. I knew that wouldn't work so I contacted a live person via the Asurion chat feature. It was annoying to have to go this extra step, and it's always a bit nerve-wracking to wonder what kind of hoops I'll have to jump through to get a claim paid. However, my chat assistant Rachelle was very good and asked me for some order information, verified the actual purchase, and the problem and quickly resolved the claim. I received a reimbursement gift card within a few minutes of completing my call. I am totally satisfied with the total outcome, but I am not trusting of the automated claim process.
Streamline process, great quality replacement of screen with zero issues
Purchased a power washer through Amazon and purchased the extended warranty. A problem occurred requiring a repair. Far too many steps to submit a claim, but it was accomplished. Promised a follow-up contact to obtain necessary repairs. We will see what happens.

It started rocky. The person who took my information over the phone made a mistake that needed correction, but it was smooth sailing after that. I have had Asurion for my 55" which was replaced within 72 hours. You are worth every penny.
Unfortunately I had dropped my phone and broke the screen to the point where I could not see anything at all. I filled out the claim form and had it repaired the same day which was amazing! The service took just over 1 hour. The staff were very friendly and my device is working great!
Put in a claim right before traveling out-of-state. They found the nearest repair shop at my destination and it was repaired within the same day.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
