I had no trouble following with ease, however my issue was still continuing to happen, so she escalated my problem to tier 2 tech support. She handled my issue with care and was of great assistance at such a late time in the evening. Great job!

I am NOT good with technology and was dreading the headache that i knew would follow when my husband broke his iwatch at work! Figured it would honestly be easier to just buy him a new one or upgrade, but i was assured by ATT & friends that it was an easy, fool proof process with asurion. And it actually has been! Making the claim was easy, received updates from asurion every step of the way via email. Replacement watch here the next day. I dreaded the whole "erase old data and watch, add new watch" ordeal. Watched a lot of videos on it, asked a lot of friends. Finally broke down and used the ATT/asurion support chat... SO GLAD I DID! My tech, jonathon, answered everything thoroughly and stayed with me every step of the way! I NEVER imagined the switch being as easy as it has been... but i can ASSURE you that i would still be searching videos and articles if i had not utilized the chat resource! So grateful to have this service! Thank you again for keeping things simple and being patient and informative! Appreciate you so much!
Man i was having such a hard time trying to get my phone activated and within Id say about 10 minutes it was over I had tried doing it on my own but I got nowhere. Tia was an amazing help they got the process done so fast I was amazed at the end. Great work
My son dropped his cell phone and the screen shattered. The wave of dread started engulfing me. How silly of me. The entire process was so easy. The tech I delt with, Austin, was FABULOUS. What I thought was going to be a painful experience turned out to be very positive.

I had the worst experience with att. Their customer service suck's locally. But Asurion Employee was very professional, helpful, and understanding. His customer service skills were right on point. He helped me reset my apple Id password so he could service the phone. He was so polite. Your company is better with him in it. He explained what he needed from, what he was going to do, and when he finished with the phone he explained everything he did and what i could expect from repair. Maravis thank you bery much for everything. You were awesome and your knowledge was incredible. Thank you so much for all your help. Asurion Martavis is a ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY. Keep him!

Purchased the warranty through Amazon, the tech support is great and makes the warranty worth it.
I was having the worst day when my drone broke and I found out it was still under manufacture warranty but not Amazon or anything knew how to contact the manufacturer. Asurion stepped up and helped me file a claim and get a replacement. I highly recommend them. Their associates are kind and understanding. They make you feel like they are there to help you. Unlike some places that will try to avoid you like the plague. I use them on every device I buy and I always will.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
