The process of submitting a claim on line was a seamless process. Fast delivery
I just had the thrill of buying a new computer and monitor for my home office. I was not looking forward to processing the paperwork needed to protect it. After texting an image of my receipt and going on-line to finish the process, there was nothing more to do! With the receipt at Asurion, I had a quick and effective "chat" with "Juvelyn" who assured me my equipment was registered. They gave me the number to call should I need further help, or, in the future, need to process a claim. Very streamlined!

My phone was damaged. I couldn't see the screen. I filed the claim online. My phone came the next day. The only hiccup I had was activating my eSIMand transferring my phone number to the new phone. But a chat with customer service with my service provider fixed that issue. It's great.

The whole experience was great. I called and the young lady was very friendly and explained the whole process with the replacement phone. The whole process was not long at all. Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
