Cracked phone to the point it didn't recognize touch. We submitted an insurance claim, and Asurion came out to our house same day to repair! Maiya was on time, professional, and the repair lasted 15 minutes.

They always help when we have a problem from our phones to our tablet and now a pool vacuum, I don't usually buy these warranties but for the price of the pool vacuum and the cost of the insurance it seemed like a good idea and now I'm glad I listened to my wife for once 😊

I am new to Asurion Home+ and had questions about the coverage so I got on the live chat and my questions were quickly answered.
I activated my replacement phone through a chat line and it felt as though I was speaking live. It did not sound robotic at all. Tip, keep saying hold or something otherwise they will leave you after 5 minutes of no talking.
Was simple as pie. Excellent customer service. Made my day after stressing out over it. Gave her a few numbers and poof! Done!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
