Cracked phone to the point it didn't recognize touch. We submitted an insurance claim, and Asurion came out to our house same day to repair! Maiya was on time, professional, and the repair lasted 15 minutes.

Couldn't seem to get my receipt to register on the website (which makes sense it was almost three years later) so I contacted support and the gentleman I spoke with solved my issue in minutes and was polite and prompt. Overall a fantastic and easy experience.

They always help when we have a problem from our phones to our tablet and now a pool vacuum, I don't usually buy these warranties but for the price of the pool vacuum and the cost of the insurance it seemed like a good idea and now I'm glad I listened to my wife for once 😊

I activated my replacement phone through a chat line and it felt as though I was speaking live. It did not sound robotic at all. Tip, keep saying hold or something otherwise they will leave you after 5 minutes of no talking.

MacBook Pro screen replacement.

The LED on my 2021 MacBook Pro broke under the screen.
During my chat with Rex, he was able to get me approved and will have a box kit and free shipping label and a shipping box ready for me after the screen replacement to ship back to me for free.
I am so very happy with the customer service ASURION provides.

My iPhone Screen

My iPhone fell and part of the screen was not functioning properly. So, with some help I started a claim with Asurion, not knowing how it was going to work out for me. At the end, Asurion sent a technician who fixed my phone. I had a pleasant experience with the process and the technician solved the issue by fixing my phone.
