I am very thankful for the crew at Asurion. My phone was in a case and fell accidentally. It must have hit in a certain way that splintered the rear glass. When I brought the phone in the associate quickly looked up my information, asked me for a little information, took my phone and told me it would be fixed in approximately 2 hours. My phone was ready and good as new when I arrived. Thank goodness they were there for the save.
I went from Best Buy to the Apple Store. Neither store fixed my issue. I went to Asurion it was fixed IMMEDIATELY. So easy, no hassle. 10/10

I usually don't like extended warranties. However, IPhones are a costly investment. Asurion gives you that piece of mind you need when your phone breaks. They are quick to ship a replacement! This is very important because we all need our phones! I highly recommend!

Having problems with my Fitbit charge five. Purchased an Asurion protection plan with my Fitbit. I finally needed to use it, and there was no problem at all going through the claim process. Dennis was incredible in helping me. He did all the work!
The text came to my door on time and it took him maybe 20 minutes. I took my phone to the store before and it took over an hour. Not only did the mobile tech fix my screen in like 20 min. When he brought my phone back to the door, he said oh by the way I also gave you a new battery.

I had purchased the extended warranty for a Ninja air fryer I bought on Amazon, hoping I wouldn't need to use the warranty, but you know… just in case. Well after about 18mos of use, the air fryer started having issues and wouldn't cook evenly burning half the food. Reached out to Asurion thru the Amazon link in my order and the process to file the claim was easy. Very satisfied.

Michelle was OUTSTANDING, very knowledgeable and patient, however (not Michelle's fault) we got to a point in the session where I had to do something else and could not continue the troubleshooting. I asked Michelle if I were to chat back into the system would the next representative would be able to see what we accomplished in an hour and 36 mins. She said no. That was pretty disappointing. However Michelle was AWESOME 🤩!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
