I used the damage not repairable instead of lost on my claim. I had to call to try and change this. Unfortunately I could cancel the claim but the person did tell me what to do which was send the phone back and get a receipt and call back and do another claim with right code. Thank you Assurion.
There was an issue with an extended warranty that was still registering as a manufacturer's warranty even a year after the manufacturer expired. The chat technician handled it well, and I got a warranty refund for my device.
The company is a scam, I've had so many issues with them I'd pay for a warranty from a crack head before using them again. They say they're gonna call you back but never do, deny your claims for bogus reasons, refuse to give out their corporate phone number for complaints. Like if the consumer asks for the corporate number, aren't they required to give it to you?! I had "supervisors" tell me how they'd call me back in 48 hrs to follow up and nothing. Do yourself a favor, if your thinking about buying a warranty through asurion, just dig a hole and burn your money in it. It's less effort and frustration
All your chat and phone customer service are very good, very helpful. I'm not happy with the part of the claim form where I have to print the form, sign it, scan it then email it back. Uploading and downloading documents has problem, that's all. Other than that everything is fine.

I cracked my screen on my phone. I work a busy schedule and was excited to learn that I didn't have to take off work or drive to a location to get my screen fixed. Scheduling an appointment with Asurion was an easy process. I received a text message with all the details. I was notified the day before and the day of, regarding ETA. The worker was professional and did not come inside my home to fix my phone. He worked on it in the worker van and stated it would take about 20 minutes, and it was just that. It was a professional job & a top grade screen replacement. It also comes with a 1 year warranty, if anything doesn't function properly. I would highly recommend them through At&T
