Now, when I did have a need to file a claim, Asurion and their great customer service rep came through for me and made is one of the easiest experiences I've ever had. Filed a claim on June 1st for a broken phone. Was sent a replacement phone that was broken. Took four hours of calls and an hour at the ATT store for the reps to acknowledge that the replacement was broken. Agreed to send me another replacement. Has been six days and no sign of it. Called company back, told that the replacement is out of stock and that my wait is now indefinite. Have been on/off hold with them over 90 minutes asking for a resolution since it has been nearly 2 weeks without a functioning phone. My advice: steer clear. You're not going to get what you paid for.
Thought it was gonna be a pain to use the protection plan, it turned out to easy. Would purchase the protection plan again on high priced items for a piece of mind!
So from the time I put a claim in your people responded very quickly. I was completely shocked because post pandemic services from most places have been not so good. You guys are awesome! Thank you!

Was having issues with email, I was walked through several steps with clear easy to follow directions and the tech (Thomas) had be back to business in under 10 minutes!
Just got it all right. Not a problem with trying to start a claim or any questions I had once I got all the information. The whole process took a while but I was returning quite a few things and it was pretty complicated by Vanessa talked me through the whole thing with no issue.
My phone kept freezing and interrupting our chat. With patience Ronmart made it all better.

I had and issue with my auertech washing machine the spin cycle just suddenly crapped out on me mid wash lucky i remember i got the insurance plan on it and i was instantly helped i got my claim in and it took me less than 30 minutes for it to be approved

After 4 hours with multiple customer service agents and two different chats with at&t, the Asurion rep did in 15 min what ATT could not figure out in over 4 hours with multiple supervisors involved.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
