Buy This Insurance

Having had high-end icemakers before, I was wary of buying a cheaper model. I finally decided that if this product lasted a couple of years, I would be lucky--so I decided to get the insurance because so few people "work on/repair" icemakers today. Since I have never filed a claim with Asurion before, I was skeptical--but today's experience was so amazing, I do not hesitate to recommend it. I will definitely buy this insurance again. Maria Cristina (through chat) made the experience very easy. Thank you.

I was in the process of getting my old device ready for return and wanted to make sure that it was properly erased. I was connected to Jawanda, an Asurion care agent. She was so very professional, efficient, and pleasant. She also had me check another app related to the phone. It was such a great experience, and she was awesome!

Imagine managing our busy lives without our cell phones… because that is essentially what we may face if something goes wrong with the device that keeps us connected. To everyone and everything and that is what we lose if we don't have the function of our device. I had forgotten that it was insured until I was doing the email prompted phone check up when asked was I having trouble with my device and I was. The representative reminded me that it was insured and they could send me a new device! I couldn't have a private conversation anywhere because my device had a sound issue that would only allow me to have all incoming and outgoing conversations using speaker phone otherwise I couldn't hear the person on the other end so all privacy was gone. I'm so grateful I responded to that email prompt and that AT&T and Asurion made this process as quick and painless as possible! Feeling Grateful here!

I have had it happen a few times where I have had electronics stop funcitoning after a few months use, and let me tell you Asurion always pulls through for extended warranty. Not only are they fast at filing your claims but there is no hassle, its so easy and user friendly. Manufacturers tend to tell me that there is nothing that can be done or don't even response to me at all so I wait usually till that warrantys up to file my claims and it is worth the wait! I trust Asurion 100 percent!
