Isn't powering on. Luckily, I purchased the two year warranty offered by Amazon, and had about 5 months remaining. I could not login to the asurion site because I can't get into the email address on file to retrieve a security code, so I started an online chat, hoping that they could get me signed in to file a claim. I was pleasantly surprised when the customer service rep completed the claim right there through the chat! In less than 5 mins I was given the option of repairing the device or getting a refund. Super easy!
A postage prepaid box will be sent to me within 5 days for me to return the laptop. They say it takes about 3 days for the repair turn-around.

I pay for insurance for my iPhone 7 through my carrier, At&t. So I was surprised and a little nervous to learn I was going to deal with a 3rd party I was unfamiliar with, when I found myself needing to make a claim with my insurance. So while approaching this whole experience in a significantly skeptical manner, the whole process was far easier, quicker, and more painless, than I would have ever expected. Here I was, not even an hour ago, dreading having to contend with the headache of dealing with the hassle of getting my cracked phone screen fixed, not to mention having to pay a $50 deductible for such a thing, and now, for a mere $75, I'm awaiting the arrival of my brand new iPhone 12, which will arrive tomorrow! Thank You Asurion! And btw, the customer service was absolutely top notch. I'm someone who doesn't expect great customer service, simply due to my experience of RARELY speaking to a kind, thoughtful, and capable individual when contacting a company for whatever reason. But today I dealt with two ladies from Asurion who were both absolutely magnificent! So much so, I felt it would be a total disservice to not go as far out of my way as I could to let their company know what great people they have working for them. (not sure that's ever quite happened to me before) Bottom line, I can't recommend them enough.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
