I BEGAN THE PROCESS OF ACTIVATING MY PHONE WITH TECH SUPPORT. UNFORTUNATELY I THOUGHT I COULD GET THIS DONE AT WORK BUT THERE WERE ENTIRELY TOO MANY INTERRUPTIONS ON MY END SO I HAD TO ABANDON THE PROCESS HOPING THAT I COULD FINISH AT A LATER TIME
I had a guy named Max show up and he not only did he beat the 25-45 minute timetable, he went above and beyond making my phone better than it was before the crack.
The claim process was very easy to navigate. The replacement was sent immediately and received within
2 days. I'm very happy and relieved that I purchased the protection plan.

Claim process was easy. Love that they come to your house and fix phone from driveway in under 30 minutes. Rep was knowledgeable, friendly and did an excellent job!

Was a smooth repair from start to finish. The online claim form was very user friendly and easy to submit. They found a local dealer; we dropped the phone off for repair and picked up within two hours. I'm very pleased with the entire process. I am so glad this is part of our plan!
I must have fallen asleep with my phone and rolled over. It hit a metal bed frame and cracked the screen with a line going across it. Now people will say, why didn't you have a case or phone screen protector.I did, and after dropping my 1st phone out in the field I didn't have asurion on it! We had to pay $475 to replace the screen. They had to order the back because the color of phone I had he didn't stock it. He stated it would be 2-3days before he could get it back to me. I work in sales and calls not answered is a missed opportunity's. I just purchased a whole new phone and kept the repaird on as a back up and made sure we put insurance on the new one. I am so thankful I did. I assumed with an otter box case (I had speck on the 1st one) and the screen protector I was all good. Well obviously that wasn't the case. I had my phone back within hours and the store was friendly, and helpful

My Headphones somehow got messed up. I was able to get a hold asurion And spoke to a team member, he saw my problem within minutes by sending me a UPS label to send back my broken headphones and replace them with gift card from Amazon for the price that I paid for my headphones
Because of the hassle you might have to go through with some of these vendors, especially when shopping online it is So! Worth getting a Protection Plan. Especially if it's with Asurion, they will stick with u in resolving Seller/Product/Buyer conflicts. I hope they Never change.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
