It was a much easier to get my issue resolved than I ever expected! My original all was answered by a knowledgeable person and she was very nice which was unexpected. Usually when I have tried to make claims with other agencies, I did not get the same attention and respect. She set up the repair in just a few days. The technician called 30 minutes or so before he arrived, on time I might add. He made the repair quickly and correctly. He was very knowledgeable and able. I could not have been happier with Assurian's service.
The technician called me ahead of time to let me know when he'd be there once he arrived he took the phone and within 15 minutes it was repaired and he also did a free cleaning on it and the phone works great
After a very frustrating day of many attempts to file a claim for my printer, I reached out to the chat feature. Carmelito went beyond the call of duty to locate the correct number and as a result, my claim was process immediately with good results. Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
