This is the one time it was worth having a protection plan from Asurion (since usually nothing happens to products I have covered within the coverage period). Easy claim process and highly satisfied with the resolution.

I had to have my phone replaced due to an internal problem. I was assured my phone would be replaced within 24 hours. That did not happen. I had to wait three days for the replacement phone. I have a 92 year old mother who depends on being able to get in touch with me. I have no other way of contacting her. This is a very unsatisfactory situation.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
