Asurion (and the representative Marygold specifically) handled the claim quickly, efficiently and with no hassles. This is the one time it was worth having a protection plan from Asurion (since usually nothing happens to products I have covered within the coverage period). Easy claim process and highly satisfied with the resolution.

No Hassle service

Today I had to file a claim with Asurion for an AC that I purchase a couple years ago. I went online, chatted with one of their customer service reps, answered a few questions; and my claim was filed, approved and I'm getting reimbursed. Couldn't have been easier.

Sad experience

I had to have my phone replaced due to an internal problem. I was assured my phone would be replaced within 24 hours. That did not happen. I had to wait three days for the replacement phone. I have a 92 year old mother who depends on being able to get in touch with me. I have no other way of contacting her. This is a very unsatisfactory situation.
