Twice now I have sent in two different ipads for different repairs, one back in October and one this month. The first one was never fully fixed. The button needed replaced and I was told they weren't able. This time the screen was repaired but still shuts off at random and freezes. I'll be sending it back in, in hopes it is fully repaired. I am beginning to reconsider using Asurion services.

I picked the title because this was a very easy process and just with a call they send a package you mail the phone back and literally boom you have your fixed device within a couple days they say up to ten but I have used this service twice now and never took over a couple (2-3) days that's it also they fixed the screen for free

I bought a DJI Mic 2 and dropped the reciver (the screen cracked). Contacted asurion via chat and resolved the claim in less than 15 minutes. Great service!

I was blown away on how fast the claim was processed. The Asurion rep who handled my call was very friendly and walked me through the process. I called on a late Friday afternoon and the replacement phone was on my porch by the next morning!
Great service when I can find you. Got the product from Amazon. Then went to the manufacturer. Letting them product defect. Then got push back to Amazon which push me back to the manufacturer. After they said had to go to warranty who carries it. Just problem was going on from June 12. Only know was resolved. June 28.

After receiving my new phone and activating it, it still wouldn't make calls or texts. I got on the website and started chatting with a tech and they resolved my issue really fast. I was on and off within 5 min. Thanks for the great service.
Mary Charlene, the Tech Coach, was very patient with my long story regarding connectivity issues in PR. She quickly identified the problem which was outside her scope. Next time, I'll access the Tech Coach first.
At first they gave me the run around and said to take my damaged product back to the store and get a return when I did that the store said I had to do it online then came back and my claim got declined so I had to reach out to a live agent to help and she was very quick to resolve my issues still should not be this hard but at least they helped me out in getting a replacement.
I took my new phone into the AT&T store on Fort Harrison Ave Clearwater, FL and the rep. Sereno Ferone went above and beyond to help me in any way he could. I could not have been more satisfied and he exceeded all my expectations with my new phone and return of my damaged phone.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
