At first my protection plan didn't show up so I had to chat with a service member which was frustrating. After that though it was a breeze and the person helping me deserves the 5 stars. It was quick and they were very nice and polite. They made up for the fact that I didn't find the plan at first!

Moe was amazing! I set up an appointment to have a cracked screen repaired on my iPhone and Moe texted me saying if I wanted to I could bring my phone in early otherwise he'd see me at the appointed time. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with a brand new screen! I can't thank him enough! This is the best customer service I've had in quite some time

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
