I have never claimed with Asuriuon and was wondering how it would go and how long it would take to get my claim processed. I chose to use the chat wondering if it was just a chatbot or a real person. Much to my surprise it was a real person who was very accommodating. I am an expert in building customer service organizations. My experience here was a perfect example of what I promote as excellent customer service.

An Air cooler evaporated one wasn't working and I filed a claim and was reimbursed and they took my claim over the phone and Phillip was excellent and it didn't take long at all
I was leery about purchasing an extended warranty for the pool equipment I purchased last year, but I am glad I did. It was well worth the money and the claim process was very easy. I was worried that the claim process would require unnecessary hoops to jump through, but this was not the case. Asurion is legitimate and fair. I highly recommend their services.

My Chat Tech Support contact was Nicole. She was absolutely amazing. I want to hire her to work for me, she was so good. In spite of my phone carrier having a terrible automated system in place to help activate my new phone, she was able to work through each issue over chat with clear and easy to follow instructions. Nicole really showed that she cared about helping me and followed through until the issues were resolved. She needs to have an opportunity to train her peers on how to engage with your customers, as she clearly is a rock star at it herself.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
