I purchase an Asurian plan for a home portable phone I ordered from Amazon not thinking I would ever use it but the phone was not up to standards, I thought well maybe I should try to file a claim, being elderly I was thinking it would be hard to do and stressful for me, but I was so surprise at the help I got. I had purchased an ice maker on Amazon and gotten my protection plan through Asurion. When the ice maker stopped working I tried contacting the manufacturer who never replied, so I filed a claim with my protection plan. I used the customer service chat and the representative was very helpful and understanding. I explained my problem, verified my account information as requested, and my claim was processed quickly. Great experience and would definitely recommend to others. I know I will be using them to protect my future purchases
Asurion rep was there to help me step by step. In less than 15 minutes my claim was done and now I await a check in the mail.that easy.
Overall I'm very happy with my experience at the location in Mission Center Rd in San Diego. My husband phone was in bad shape. The guy explain in detail what they were going to fix. Two hrs later I got the phone back looking like new. Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. I rate them a 10/10 😊

I have yet to get any good replacement with Asurion. I was advised to join them by Verizon and insure all my family devices. So far, each time I called to file a claim has been disastrous. I have yet to get a replacement. The last claim I made was for my child's Gizmo watch that I made over two months ago, I still have not received the replacement and my son has been without a watch all these time and I have been billed for the insurance each month. I called today and now they are asking me to send a photo of my Driver License in order for them to process the claim. Do not waist your money getting Asurion to insure any of your devices, it is a SCAM to get your money!

Having so many back to back conversations with Amazon, I should not be just on July 1,2024 resolving this issue. My cell phone provider has documents that the phone Ulefo e 16 Note Pro 256 GB should never be sold again. I lost a lot of business having this phone. No business owner should be placed in this situation not being able to use the Internet everywhere they go especially when pay monthly for their service. Be sure to consider an additional inconvience refund due to so many challenges with communication and filing a claim. Thank God for Princess Mae serving me today! Prior to her, it has been a bit too much.

I was able to chat with a representative which helped me get the refund on a product that they insured.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
