Getting a replacement phone has never been easier when my phone broke and needed a new one ASAP. Signing up for device insurance then submitting a claim was simple and straightforward on the site which provided repair shops near me. When I needed a full replacement it was easy to update my device needs and have a new one sent. During activation, chat was quick and responsive to assist me getting things up and running smoothly..
When my phone screen cracked, I was grateful to have Asurion there to help. Initially, they scheduled a technician to come to my house for the repair, but unfortunately, the mobile tech had a vehicle breakdown. Despite this setback, Asurion promptly informed me of the situation and offered to reschedule. However, they also mentioned an opening at a nearby location that could fix my phone that same day.
I opted for the nearby location and was able to get my phone repaired quickly. I truly admire how swiftly they communicated the issue and provided alternative solutions to ensure my phone was fixed without delay. Their promptness and efficiency were outstanding. Very often, when trying to deal with warranties or companies that offer a household warranty, it can be a pain. But I was surprised by Asurion. They were quick, and easy and left me very satisfied with the experience.
Extremely easy to chat with someone to help setup new phone replacing a damaged phone. It would be nice if they added the a section to enter the ICCID and IMEI #s so we could set it up ourselves but overall it was a good experience.

When I purchased the weed wacker I also purchased a 3 year Asurion insurance. So glad I did because the weed wacker stopped working. Filing the claim was so easy and Philip was very easy to work with. My claim was approved and I will be getting an Amazon credit for the full purchase price of the weed wacker.

I was desperate as my husband's phone died and we use it more than a phone as he is in Stage 4 heart failure, the med alert as well as being able to locate him should something happen is invaluable and a MUST have. Kirby helped me thoughtfully and quickly and even offered me a tip to use Ipad until new phone arrived so that I could remain in touch with him, VALUABLE advice and I had forgot that feature! Happy to say they are sending out a new phone asap. GREAT SERVICE.

Bought a leaf blower. It broke this spring and I thought I lost the product and refund because of my lack of experience making a return or a claim,but once I got in contact with an asurion assistant things change for good. I highly recommend getting asurionfor any expensive products!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
