The tech was behind schedule running about 1.5 hours after the estimated window. If I had known they were going to text a message letting me know he was on the way to our house I could have left to take care of things not being afraid of missing him when he did show up very professional and polite apologizing for being so late. He quickly repaired my phone and made sure I was satisfied with his work. Hopefully, I'll never crack my screen again but if I do I will definitely do it all over again.
Everything was fine until I found out that the tech had automatically enrolled me in the home tech program which would have been a $25.00 per month charge on my account. Once I received notification that I was enrolled I went into my account and deleted that request. Would have gotten 5 stars and great service review if that hadn't happened.
Don't like to be pushed into buying insurance that's why I didn't get it
The representative Pauladeen was very welcoming and professional she addressed all my concerns and made me feel appreciated as aa customer. Customer Service is the one thing that most customers need to feel that their business is appreciated. Thank you for the service she gives your customers she represents Verizon with caring Integrity as a representation of Verizon. This is why I continue to be a loyal customer.
Good representative helped with the issue after hours
I dropped off my broken device 2 hours before closing and they had it repaired and everything done by closing and even stayed a few minutes late for me to pick up my device!

I had 3 new phones to activate from home and was having issues. I chatted online with Benjie in tech support and he patiently hung in there and worked through each phone one by one. I had 2 very cranky teenagers for a few moments. I can't thank him enough for saving me a trip back to the store.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
