I called to file a claim for an air-conditioning unit that no longer was working. I talk to Dennis at Asurion and very quickly he processed my claim and is sending us a E gift certificate to buy a new unit and we don't even have to send back the old one! This was by far the easiest claim I filed ever!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
